I had a pretty enjoyable stay at Orange Tree Resort, especially because the heated pool was super nice. The hot tub was perfect, and the pool area was fun with all the games provided. On the flip side, parking was a hassle, and I often found myself far from my room. Overall, it was a good experience, but the parking left a lot to be desired.

My room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a cute patio overlooking the courtyard, which was great for my morning coffee. However, the walls were pretty thin, which was a bit annoying.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to getting rides around the resort. However, I did feel like they were a bit slow sometimes, especially when I had requests.

The resort is situated in a convenient area, close to many restaurants. But the overall appearance of the location felt a bit run down.

The pool area was a highlight, perfect for leisurely swims, although the parking situation was pretty frustrating. The cart service helped but felt a bit hit or miss at times.

My stay at Orange Tree Resort was a mixed bag. The large, clean room was a pleasure, and I really enjoyed the beautiful pool area. However, I was disappointed to find the restaurant didn't offer breakfast, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped make up for some of these shortcomings.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, featuring a nice patio overlooking the courtyard. I appreciated the big fridge, coffee maker, and kitchen facilities, even though the kitchen area was somewhat limited.
Service

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially Lindsey at the front desk, who professionally corrected our bed request on the second night. However, there were times when assistance was delayed because they seemed busy.
Location

The resort's location was convenient for exploring the nearby areas, including shopping and restaurants. It was also a short drive to beautiful destinations like Sedona and the Grand Canyon, making it a great base for adventures.
Dining

I found it a bit limiting that the restaurant only offered lunch and dinner options, with no breakfast menu. The burger I tried was good, but variety is something I'd love to see for meals.
Facilities

The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, though I did notice the fitness center had some outdated equipment. Despite this, the overall ambiance of the resort felt relaxing and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me, which made the experience even better. However, the parking situation was a hassle at times, especially near my room. Overall, I'd call it a cozy retreat that's great for relaxing, though a few improvements could make it even better.

The resort had nice facilities, with a warm pool that I loved. Although there were some construction activities, they didn’t interfere with my enjoyment. I just wished the hot tub was warmer during my stay.
